After introductions, your fireplace tech will ask about your fireplace concerns and confirm their notes.
Time Commitment
Appointments typically last between 45 – 90 minutes depending on the amount of repair or cleaning needed.
Service & Maintenance
Your tech will perform a full fireplace cleaning, inspection, and adjustment while using protective coverings to keep your home clean.
Recommendations
Your tech will discuss findings and recommendations if needed. There is no additional labor fee for most repairs—only the cost of parts.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, including any additional parts needed for repairs. Credit card, cash or check accepted. Pre-paid plans also available.
