What to expect at a fireplace service appointment
Call Ahead
A factory-trained certified fireplace technician will call the preferred contact person on their way to the appointment.
Conversation
After introductions, the fireplace tech will ask about fireplace concerns and confirm their notes.
Time Commitment
Appointments typically last between 45 – 90 minutes per fireplace depending on the amount of repair or cleaning needed.
Service & Maintenance
The tech will perform a full fireplace cleaning, inspection, and adjustment while using protective coverings to keep the surrounding area clean.
Recommendations
The tech will discuss findings and recommendations if needed. There is no additional labor fee for most repairs—only the cost of parts.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Credit card, cash or check accepted, or you can setup an account with Fireside before the service date.
