Fireside Hearth & Home Minnesota Wins the MN Governor's Award for Workplace Safety Excellence

Fireside Hearth & Home's commitment to workplace safety has not only ensured employees’ well-being but recently garnered prestigious recognition. We’re proud to announce that our Minnesota location has been honored with the Diamond Award at the Governor's Workplace Safety Awards for our outstanding efforts over the past three years.

Since 1934, the Governor's Workplace Safety Awards have recognized Minnesota organizations demonstrating exemplary commitment to creating safe and healthy workplaces. The annual awards, presented annually in collaboration with the Minnesota Safety Council, shine a light on employers implementing innovative and effective workplace programs and achieving significant improvements in workplace safety and health. Criteria for the prestigious award includes injury and illness rates, the implementation of best practices, employee involvement in initiatives, and evidence of leadership commitment.

Fireside Hearth & Home has been recognized with a Diamond Achievement, signifying that our Minnesota location’s incident rate is above the 97thpercentile of the Minnesota and national average.
