While new color trends always perk us up, we were more anxious than usual for something new after the past years when so much stayed the same in our lives. If you’re like us, you might be itching to redo your entire home after staring at the same walls for months.

Luckily, new paint goes a long way toward a refreshed space. We picked three of our favorite Colors of the Year combined with several of our best-selling fireplaces to energize and inspire you.

Whether in kitchens, dining rooms, or living rooms we simply can’t get enough of Benjamin Moore® Agean Teal. It’s the playful and calm color we all need. The slightly blue, slightly green hue is versatile, fresh, and just a bit unexpected. To really be in an oasis without leaving your home, add the Heat & Glo® 6000CLX Gas Fireplace paired with Driftwood Marble and Bellevue Mantel in Ebony Alder. Oh, and don’t forget the houseplants!

If we could, we’d probably paint everything in Royal Orchard from Behr® since it plays so nicely with both traditional and contemporary style. It’s rich and earthy. We’re currently digging it with copper and warm leather tones as well as the sleek lines of the Heat & Glo® Mezzo Gas Fireplace. The glass stones in the fireplace add just the right amount of shiny pop to this grounding color.

It’s difficult to come by a harder working dark neutral than Sherwin-Williams® Urbane Bronze. It’s simple, organic, and inviting. It can add depth to lighter woodwork and furniture throughout your home, and we’re drawn to mixing it with bright terracotta, creamy beige, and light pink accents. For an extra layer of cozy welcome, add the Heat & Glo® Phoenix Gas Fireplace, Blue Tundra Marble, and Kenwood Mantel.
