How do I clean my glass on my gas hearth appliance?
Consult your owner's manual on how the glass removes from your particular model. Simple household glass cleaners that do NOT contain ammonia will work in most cases. (Ammonia based cleaners can cause a milky white haze to be baked on to the glass). If you have more difficult discoloration of the glass, stop by your nearest dealer for cleaning products designed especially for this purpose. If your glass is extremely discolored, it may be necessary to replace it.
Why is there film on the inside of the glass in my gas fireplace?
This is a normal, resulting from the curing process of the paint and logs. All glass should be cleaned after the first 4 to 6 hours of initial burning to remove deposits before they become baked on through further use. Use any non-ammonia glass cleaner to complete the task.

Can I adjust my flame?
Open the control panel of your appliance and locate your main gas valve. If the valve has silver dial marked "High-Low", rotating the dial will adjust your flame height. If your main valve does not have the adjustment dial, contact your local dealer to see if flame adjustment is an option that can be added to your particular model.
